Women in South Sudan, especially widows, divorcees, and abandoned women, face immense challenges. Limited opportunities, societal norms, and economic hardships often leave them struggling to provide for their families. At Al-Yageen Foundation, we believe women are powerful agents of change when given the chance.

Our Women’s Development Program provides targeted training and support to help women earn stable incomes and live independently. We train women in health industries, soap production, tailoring, and baking, enabling them to start small businesses and support their families. From growing vegetables to making handicrafts, these skills unlock pathways to self-reliance.

We also equip women with assets such as dairy cows to generate sustainable income. This initiative not only boosts their economic standing but also improves nutrition for their families and communities.
